Cupping
Cupping is the term given to a traditional practice of creating a vacuum inside a glass bulb and applying it to the skin and muscles to draw tissue into the chamber to remove heat, cold, toxins and dead cells out of the muscle tissue into the sub dermal layers. The lymphathic system then assists in eliminating this waste from the body
Flame cupping has a wide variety of applications from colds, flu’s and digestive disorders to muscle and fascia adhesion in orthopedic injury.

Gua Sha
Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese healing technique dating back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), and involves scraping a smooth edged implement over lubricated skin and muscles to encourage blood to the surface.
Gua Sha is used on the face + body and can:
∞ boosts blood circulation + lymphatic drainage
∞ relieves muscle tension + stress
∞ enhances skin glow, improves elasticity + reduces puffiness
∞ sinus congestion + headaches
∞ chronic pain: arthritis + fibromyalgia
Massage
Both Stone Massage Therapy + Tuina stimulate the meridians of the body to address musculoskeletal and internal imbalances by improving energy flow and restoring the bodys’ equilibrium.
Tuina assesses and adjusts the energetic imbalances of the body through techniques like kneading, pressing and rolling. Stone Massage uses rhythmic pressing aligned with Qi flow to relax the muscles to release tension, enhance circulation and support the body’s healing processes.
Moxa
Moxa, or moxibustion, WARMS the body instantly. This form of heat therapy is commonly commonly used during an acupuncture treatment. It involves gently burning processed mugwort leaf on or near the body to stimulate acupoints, build Yang Qi and encourage healthy Qi circulation.
Moxa is an excellent way of stimulating acupoints in the absence of needles and there are many conditions that may benefit from Moxa including:
